I use this as a fidget toy and it helps with my anxiety. I love the build quality and weight. It also comes apart so you can just spin it on your finger, great as a fidget spinner. Love it.

Very heavy and spins great. Outer spinning ring can come off to be a fidget ring. Only gripe, it's smaller than i thought it would be.
